Raj Soni, President and CEO, has worked with many Fortune 500 companies to help them overcome obstacles, exceed financial targets, and achieve year-over-year growth. Mr. Soni is an entrepreneur who has been a key contributor to the company’s success. He has been successful in building a strong company culture, and has a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, sales, operations and client engagement.

A Soni, Chief Technology Officer, Ms. Soni with nearly 20 years of experience and 10+ years in data(base) security is a veteran in IT.  Most recently as a Solutions Architect and QA Lead for IBM Security where she was responsible for deployment of Guardium infrastructure and management customer issues.  Ms. Soni is also an IBM Certified Guardium v10 Administrator and has worked on numerous client engagements from new Guardium deployments to implementing advanced Guardium features like S-GATE for data isolation.

Jack Smith, Vice President of Business Development has more than 20 years of experience working in the IT consulting field and has extensive experience in sales coaching and strategic planning. 

Ritesh Sharma, has been the Director of Operations at Adaptive for 5 years. He has years of experience in setting up offshore IT delivery centers from scratch, and has a strong IT background with a BS degree in Computer Science and CCNA. Mr. Sharma is the driving force behind Adaptive’s top talent, and he is constantly working to identify and attract senior people to the firm.
